special wish for a friend

Is a wish for a friend who needs help to get her Dad down to a funeral. Not sure what gas would be, that is for her to decide. My wish is that if everyone who reads this could try to help her even if its taking 1.00 from your bal on sites and get her Dad there, maybe it would be enough. Shes a good lady, honest and works herself to the point of exhaustion and sometimes to the point of illness. She runs a business, but cares for those who are a part of it. I know she will read this, and hopefully many others will too and take the time to care enough for her who takes so much of her time and energy and puts them into these sites. Tasha hun, maybe we can help you in some small way, to get your Dad to you. My heart is heavy that i can't just turn around and outright give it to you so you can get him to you in time for your friends funeral...Hugs and i'm thinking of you.

I really appreciate this wish, but I dont want to ask anyone for anything they work for. I already handed this over to God and I know he'll make this work for me.

Hi Tasha, just would like to correct you by saying God isn't a he.

Normally I dont get into Debates over the bible, because it usually ends in me very upset and someone else mad or Hurt feelings.... So I usually let it go. I can't sit here and say I know Exactly what God Is, male, female, spirit, or what. But According to my bible it always says he and him. And I'm not sure why if he wasnt a he, he would be called the Father? Wouldnt he be called the mother if he was a Woman? or something else? It also says he made man in his Image. idk. Just my Thoughts and Beliefs... So to me its a he..... So in the Name of the Father, the Son and the Holy Ghost Amen.

Well normally I let it go and let people have their own beliefs unless they dont believe in God, then i try to encourage. However this post caught me off guard and bothered me a bit. I thought it was quite rude to try to correct someone about something like this when for 1 they dont even know for sure themselves. And for 2 this post was not a biblical debate, it is a post about me trying to get my father here to be with me through this funeral. Which he did make it here. We had a Great time (outside of the funeral obviously) The funeral was emotional as all funerals are. But I spent the entire weekend after the Funeral with my dad which I havent got to do since I drove up there this past summer when he had his heart attack.

I'm so glad your dad was able to make it up to see you! I know how it is not having Dad nearby...

Hi Tasha im so sorry didn't mean to upset you, it was just a thought that god is too powerful to be replaced with a personal pronoun, Im so sorry though I wasn't intending to start anything and I agree that I shouldn't have posted this since people have different beliefs and shouldn't bring up this debate. Again Im sorry, it was very dumb of me to have posted that and would like to discontinue this discussion. Please forgive me and if you can, delete that post I made. You're one of my favorite people and the last thing I want to do is upset you.
